Self-Study Course Refund Policy
Cancellation before the start of a course is possible within 14 days after purchase. The cancellation must be made in writing (training@esqlabs.com) to the provider. The relevant time is when the provider receives the declaration of withdrawal.
- For cancellations within this timeframe before the start of the course, the full course fee is refunded in the form of a voucher for our E-Shop (https://esqlabs.shop/)
- Cancellation after 14 days after purchase, the full course fee remains due.
Workshop Refunds, Rebooking, and Cancellation by the Participant
(1) Cancellation before the start of a workshop/webinar is possible at any time. The cancellation must be made in writing (training@esqlabs.com) to the provider. The relevant time is when the provider receives the declaration of withdrawal.
- For cancellation up to four weeks before the start of the workshop, the full workshop fee is refunded in the form of a voucher for our E-Shop (https://esqlabs.shop/)
- For cancellation between two and four weeks before the start of the workshop, 50% of the workshop fee is refunded in the form of a voucher for our E-Shop (https://esqlabs.shop/)
- For cancellations between two weeks before the start of the workshop and the day of the event or after, the entire workshop fee remains due.
(2) Another person can represent the registered participant if a replacement participant corresponding to the target group is nominated to attend the event. The representative must be named to the provider immediately and in writing with the full name and e-mail of the original and replacement participant. No workshop fee will be refunded in this case, and the cancellation periods from sentence (1) remain applicable for the replacement participant.
(3) To exchange a workshop booking for another workshop, cancel the wrongly booked workshop and purchase the correct workshop with the voucher provided.
(4) Consumers’ statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by these regulations.
Cancellation of Workshops & Subject to Change by the Workshop Provider
(1) The provider reserves the right to cancel the event due to failure to reach the minimum number of participants no later than 10 days before the planned event date or for other important reasons for which the provider is not responsible (e.g. sudden illness of the speaker, force majeure). The participant will be notified of this at short notice and in writing.
(2) Participation fees already paid will be refunded if a seminar is canceled. Further liability and compensation claims that do not concern injury to life, body, or health are excluded unless there is intent or gross negligence. No liability is accepted for indirect damages, particularly lost profits or third-party claims.
(3) The provider is entitled to make necessary content, methodological, and organizational changes or deviations before or during the event, provided that these do not significantly change the benefit of the announced event for the participant. The provider is entitled to replace the named speakers with other speakers qualified on the workshop topic if there is an important reason, such as illness or accident. A claim for compensation for this is excluded.
Procedure
To start a refund, you can contact us at training@esqlabs.com. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive the voucher within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at training@esqlabs.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for sale items, vouchers, or gift cards.
