In this course you will learn how to generate a tumor organ from a clone of another organ (muscle). The course is the second in a series of three. In the first course "Large Molecules PBPK & TMDD" (M07-12) and "QSP: Tumor Growth Inhibition" (M09-12), you will also learn how to set up a PBPK model for a large molecule including TMDD and how to link the tumor volume to a tumor growth model, respectively.
